The plan shows recognisable streets such as Gernon Road, Eastcheap, Pixmore Way, Broadway, but also includes Westcheap, which was never built. In addition, the plan shows the Broadway Gardens area divided in two, with half as an area of greenspace and the other as a space for 'Municipal or other public buildings' and 'Church buildings'. Adhered to cardboard from the Letchworth Loan drawers.
